Product Description
ST20P18 is a low-cost, high-performance, fully static, 8-bit microcontroller designed with CMOS silicon gate technology. It comes with 8-bit pipeline CPU core, SRAM, timer, LCD driver, I/O port, PSG, RFC, CGR, OTP program ROM and built-in dual oscillator. And also, some new functions have been added in the ST20P18 to enhance the performance of ST2016 for more system application.
