Technology Corporation develops the ST77XX
series single chip driver IC for both a-Si
TFT displays which
are applied to any small portable battery-driven
products, such as cellular phone, MP3 and PDA.
The
ST77XX series integrates power circuits, gate
driver and source driver, oscillator, timing
generator and build in adjustable gamma curve
for display optimization. All these drivers support
all kinds of interface, including 80/68 MCU interface,
RGB interface, and Serial Peripheral interface.
The
TFT series with different resolution can be adopted
into the panel size from 1.3 inch to 3.5 inch. |
